I'd recommend the triband extenders over even the current AX extenders. Reason why is a standard dual band extender has to send and receive using the same chip. And they can't do both at once. So they cut throughput 50%. The tribands get around this by having a 2nd 5ghz chip just for router----extender communication. Tends to make them faster and more stable.
