Nighthawk AX8 unable o detect ethernet cable
Hi! Just got my new RAX80 today, and while setting it up it told me it couldn't fin the ethernet cable(in the app). I have tried restarting and resetting both the new nighthawk and the modem(another router from inteno) but it hasn't solved the problem. My old router works perfectly fine so the cables are fine. Any ideas of how to solve this?

What actual modem is it? A model number helps. many times you get issues during setup if its a modem router combo device which is why we ask.
What firmware is on the router?
