The Dell Precision 7520 either came with the dell dw1820 wireless card or the intel 8265 wireless card.
the intels had issues with the earlier drivers on AX. And dell and windows didn't update them. so go directly to the intel website (if thats the one you have) and get the driver directly from intel.
