What firmware is it on? (please don't say the latest)
What modem is it connected to?
When it "isn't working" what actually happens? Does it power off? Do devices say "connected, no internet"? do they not connect to wifi at all? does it impact wired devices? Details help us.

Hi
Firmware V1.0.3.80_1.0.1
It is connected to a telstra NBN Box
It does not turn off, all the lights are still on but there is no upload or download and it happens to both wired or wireless.
We have to turn it off all together to get it going again. You can just ask it to restart that does nothing.
Thanks
Lisa

which telstra box? there's many different types. And some have their own integrated router which would put you in a double nat.

it could also be the telstra box only asigning a lease time of a certain length and it not renewing like it should.

HI,
The NBN box dosen't have an internal router, it is just a standarded NBN box. The router has been working fine 18 months and just recently stopped working.
