Hi
Firmware V1.0.3.80_1.0.1
It is connected to a telstra NBN Box
It does not turn off, all the lights are still on but there is no upload or download and it happens to both wired or wireless.
We have to turn it off all together to get it going again. You can just ask it to restart that does nothing.
Thanks
Lisa

which telstra box? there's many different types. And some have their own integrated router which would put you in a double nat.

it could also be the telstra box only asigning a lease time of a certain length and it not renewing like it should.

HI,
The NBN box dosen't have an internal router, it is just a standarded NBN box. The router has been working fine 18 months and just recently stopped working.

Hi
Is the model number 1-240G-R this is about the only number I can really find.
But I just can't understand why we have had the same equipment for over 18 months now and this problem has only been happening in the last week. How can we have an issue with compatability now unless Netgear have changed something in the latest upgrade.
We do not have any subscriptions with our NBN that would cause this.
Thanks
Lisa
