Nighthawk AXE1100 losing internet

what actual router do you have? Nothing you put is the model number.
What firmware are you on? not the "latest"
What ont from verizon is it connected to?
Does it only happen to wireless devices? Wired are fine

the only device connect to the Verizon g1100 is the nighthawk router.
hardware Raxe500
firmwear is 1.0.8.70
If you leave the G1100 in router mode (disable its wifi) and put the RAXE in access point mode, does it function properly?
The rep put the version router in bridge mode.to be a pass through to my nighthawk
I rebooted the Verizon modem about 2 hours ago so far iits still online this is the longest it has stayed on.đ€
