Nighthawk R7000 always turn off the wifi on my ipads automatically

I have been using the R7000 two weeks by now, the first week was no problem. But this week almost everyday, my ipads always been turned off wifi on Nighthawk app automatically. One is the ipad7, the other is the ipad6.
