Nighthawk RAX120v2 firmware: v1.2.8.40 drops at least once a day

I just recently purchased this router a month ago after our very old Nighthawk router died. Since installing, the Wi-Fi connection drops at least once a day, sometimes multiple times. Lights go out...

Factory reset and setup from scratch after FW has been process by the router.
