Nighthawk RAX29 with Verizon LTE extender

I can not get my Verizon/Samsung LTE Network Extender to set up and initialize.  I have not contacted my ISP since I don't have total confidence in their customer support.  Has anyone had similar iss...

1. what modem/gateway is the netgear connected to? 

2. what exact verizon lte extender model is it? 

3. did you contact verizon on help setting up their product?

My Modem: Arris TM822

Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender model SLS-BU103

I did contact Verizon.  Their response was that there was no issue on their end and that the network extender was connected to a router that may not be configured for use with a network extender.

    When you log into the rax, are you able to see the LTE extender in the attached devices page?

      Yes.  And it shows the IP address as well as the correct MAC address

        You could try putting the lte extender into the netgears dmz. 

        that'll auto forward all info to the lte extender.
