Nighthawk rax35 has internet connection but will not connect to most devices

WiFi on my iPhone comes back with no internet connection. Have reset it and unplugged everything multiple times. Error happened after wife unplugged everything to move wires. I can connect to it remotely through the app and test speed so I know it has internet.

    Firmware on it? 

    What modem is it connected to? 

    Is it just the 1 device? Or do all wireless devices have issues?
