Nighthawk RAX35
I currently have Spectrum internet 200mbs with a technicolor CPC3216 modem First off, i would like to wire my Nighthawk router to my current spectrum router about 20 feet towards the center of the house. This save me from rewiring the cable from spectrum to the center of the house. So, ultimatlely I would have 2 routers working off the same modem. Is this possible or even a great idea? 2nd, I currently have my Night hawk wired to the technicolor modem. Speed tests from app shows very fast. however, other speed tests show very slow and some movies are freezing. Is there anything I must do in settings for the modem to go full internet strength?

If you're going to go modem-----router-----router, you should be placing one of those routers in AP mode or you'll end up with a double nat and issues.
