why i cannot log in to my admin... Did type user admin and password password.. Yet it wrote login failed. please re enter admin password for your netgear router.. then i did press forget password came out a link router password reset.. 1st question Security Question #1What was the name of the first NETGEAR product you purchased? i type nighthawk.. But the 2nd question Security Question #2In what city was your father born? i did ans some location but yet it came out the information you entered does not match what is save on the router.. What should i do??

You should perform a factory reset:
To perform a factory reset:
- Verify that your router’s Power light is on.
- On the back of your router, locate the Restore Factory Settings or Reset button.
- Use a paper clip or similar object to press and hold the Restore Factory Settings or Reset button for seven seconds.
- Release the Restore Factory Settings or Reset button.
Your router resets.
When you log in to your router again, use the default login credentials:
- User Name: admin
- Password: password
