Nighthawk RAX43 AX4200 when laptop is turned on all other devices severely lag

We need actual details. 

1. what modem/gateway do you have? 

2. what actual firmware are you on? (actual numbers)

3. How are you testing lag? Where are you seeing it? 
4. what speeds do you pay for? 

5. what actual speeds do you get? 

6. are you using 2.4ghz? 5ghz?

7. what device are you testing on? do all devices have this issue? Just one?
