What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Did you have a sudden power outage? These things can happen if power goes off and back on. My RAX43 has been stable as a rock thus far. There's just new firmware available for it so I flashed it with no issues
