Trying to communicate through Your Phone app on Windows 10. Obelisk is trying to send a notification to the Samsung but it's not going through. I tried all the troubleshooting steps on the Your phone help page including checking all devices are up to date, on the same wifi network, all app permissions are turned on, etc. The last thing I haven't tried is to turn off Wireless Isolation which the Your Phone help page said may be causing the issue.

My ignorance covers that program completely. Does something
low-level and simple, like, say, "ping", work from the Windows system to
the phone? Or to some other wireless-connected client device?
Blame assignment is Job One. First determine if basic network
communication works. If so, I'd then worry about the app, not the
router.

Sadly, you can't turn it off if it's not there. But, other defects
might cause the same results.
