NightHawk RAX50 does not have labels on antennas
I just received my RAX50 this afternoon. I was ready to get it open and get it fired up. Finished work and shut all devices down to begin the install of my new router. No labels on the antennas. ...

The early one's appeared to have specific inner and outer antennas. The latest builds do not, all 4 are the same so you are good.
Make sure you download the latest firmware (.72 I believe at the moment) and update it from a wired connection before you make any changes. Then factory reset and make any of your own custom settings ( like ssid and passwords). This router should be nice and stable for you on this latest version.

I thought it might be a communicatioin issue on Netgear's part. I did a bit of research and did not find the information you provided, however, and thus my frustration.
I've already returned the router. It may be a great router, but the fact that this information is not readily available worries me, since as I said above, I've read very negative reviews concerning the support at netgear, and I have experienced difficulty in getting a simple answer. I can't wait 3 or 4 days for a response to such a simple communication issue if I need to be connected to work right now.
Thank you for your response and the information, Dan32. I knew the community would be helpful and knowledgeable.
