Nighthawk RAX50 Router Cannot Access Internet ("Internet Not Available")
Hello all, I'm hoping one of you can help me with my problem since Netgear support is basically nonexistent past the initial 90-day mark (which is ridiculous). I lost power, which caused me to reboot ...
the SB8200 has 2x ethernet ports. But most ISP's only allow 1 device to be connected to it.
Try this. Factory reset the sb8200 and the RAX. This ensures link aggregation isn't running or causing issues.
then power off them both and disconnect the coax from the sb8200.
Let it sit 2 minutes.
then connect the coax back to the modem and boot it up.
give it 2 minutes to boot.
Then connect the router to port 1 on the sb8200 and power the router on.
Give it 2 minutes to boot.
Then try setup on the router.
