Nighthawk RAX500 - Already Registered

Question

I am trying to activate Anywhere Access and it’s telling me it’s already registered with another account. This is the only account I have and I can see the Nighthawk router registered to it. Can you help me please.

Thank you for responding. I have done this a couple times and still get the error that my device is registered to another account. I will send an email to the email address in the article.
