According to the manual, there is only one LED for WiFi on the RAX50v2.
If the LED is off, then all WiFi is disabled. It isn't band specific.
That LED doubles as an on/off switch. Have you tried pressing it?
I can't tell from your list of "things done".
What do you mean by these?
- Changed 5GHZ band through admin settings via PC- The classic turn off the band and turn it on again.
Did you play with AX WiFi?
