I am having issues with my streaming through the router. I've checked my TV, I've called YouTube TV, and I have had my ISP on site. The wifi I'm getting from the router doesn't appear to be the same as what is going in from the fiber. He ran the speed test in front of me. if I use the app to check wifi on my phone it's saying it's full strength but at night my tv is unable to stream youtube tv clearly between 8-10p....we have fiber so I am puzzled by this. I have no issues for work and I have an ethernet cable into my work computer

How fast do you get from the wifi?
How fast is your ISP connection?
What is in front of the router? (modem/ONT?)
Is it only the TV or other devices as well (tables/phones/etc)? In addition to microchip8 's excellent questions.
Are you streaming on 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
how far is the tv from the router? And what is in between the 2 devices (how many walls, what are they made of, etc)
