Nighthawk RAX80 Middling WiFi Speeds
I just want to see how others are doing when it comes to WiFi speeds with the AX8. My WiFi coverage is great, but the speed is underwhelming. I have Xfinity Gigabit coming to my home. I get full 1G...

Thanks for the suggestion. Same here, on wired I get pretty close to Gig. I tried downgrading the FW to 1.0.1.40. And using DFS 108. Still can't get past 450. I'm on a MacBook Pro. With 802.11ac. Holding down the Atl-key and clicking on the WiFi icon shows me details of what my device is capable of - 1300Mbps. So feels like it's pointing to settings on the router

None of my Macbooks are AC capable. They are running MAC OS High Sierra. Luckily they support GIG Ethernet. I have found if I try using the Speedtest app in Safari I never get anywhere near 940 down. However, if I use the “SPEEDTEST” app by OKLA from the Mac App Store then speedtests give me 940-950 down. Over wireless the best I can achieve is about 250 - 300 down over Wireless N on my MacBooks.

if you hold down the Alt key and click on the WiFi icon at the top, what does your wireless adapter show? Mine shows 1300Mbps
On another note, just found out readyshare does not support exFAT. Super bummed about both these issues. For the price of this unit, I'm a bit underwhelmed.

My MacBook Pro shows 300 Mbps on 5 Ghz it is using the Wireless N protocol because it is an older model that lacks the wireless AC so I mainly use it connected via Ethernet.
