Nighthawk RAXE300 router and VLAN tagging

Those instructions are the same ones tried earlier in the thread if you read it, and they do not work for our use case. Continuing a thread from 2024 is quite useful if the goal is to show that there are still issues (Be it in implementation, documentation, or presentation to the user) and to inform anyone else seeking a resolution that one still cannot be found.
To be clear, I did not know about that particular manual, so that is new and good information, but the instructions on page 95 mirror the same instructions found elsewhere and it does not say why the WAN port is not selectable, or if it is, how to do so for VLAN tagging. The issue isn't that the router doesn't support VLAN tagging at all, the issue is that it does not seem to allow VLAN tagging on the WAN port. If you know how to do that specifically, that would be great new information.
