Nighthawk RAXE500

Has anyone had success connecting Feit smart dimmer switch to their NETGEAR RAXE500 Nighthawk router? Feit app always times out on me without connecting.

    Thanks for the info. Got it connected this morning. The issue turned out to be the app on my IPhone. Put the app on a android tablet and it connected the smart switches with no issue.

I've had a feit connected to my RAXE500 before. 
I switch routers a lot and had it connected to the prior one. When I switched over to the RAXE, it auto-connected without issues.  

 

1. what modem is the RAXE connected to? 

2. Have you tried setting up a hotspot with the same exact ssid/password as the router, then turn the router off and connect the dimmer to the hotspot. Once its setup, disable the hotspot and turn the router back on. It should auto-connect.
