The S10 doesn't have a 6ghz radio.
You might be mixing up Wifi 6 with 6ghz.
6ghz is a hardware difference and the S10 won't even be able to see 6ghz.

All Samsung galaxy S10 are capable of handling 6G
with all the recent new updates
https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/20/18232366/samsung-galaxy-s10-wifi-6-lte-speed#:~:text=All%20three%20new%20phones%2C%20the,or%20just%20your%20home%20router.
With that said, if I disable AX
the Wi-Fi signal does not display the number 6 anymore which indicates 6 GHz
so that is verified
what is not verified. If 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz have the same password
how is it that my phone is picking up 6 GHz.
When the 6 GHz has a completely different password.
And I'm not using that password

Incorrect. Read the article you linked to. The S10 is wifi 6. Not 6E. 6E includes the 6ghz spectrum.
wifi 6 is simply wireless AX which is 2.4ghz and 5ghz. The 6E adds in 6ghz.
The S10 does not have any 6ghz capability.
Wifi 6 does not equal 6ghz.

Okay, so assuming you are correct. What does the 6 represent next to the Wi-Fi signal

It merely means its connecting to an AX signal.
they renamed wifi generations from things like
wireless N, wireless AC, wireless AX to just numbers.
wireless N=Wifi 4
Wireless AC= Wifi 5
Wireless AX= Wifi 6
6E is a middle generations that includes the 6ghz band.
The only samsung phones with 6ghz are the S21 ultra and now S22 plus/ultra
