nighthawkax8 ax6600 tri band 8 stream wifi

I am traveling and today I accessed my smart devices at home and they responded that they were not connected to the internet. I got on my nighthawk app and it indicates that " we can't find your router".  any suggestions?

I do not have anyone available who can access my house.
