You didn't really give us much to go off.
Everyone has pretty valid questions that seek more clarity.
The more you tell us, the better we can help you.
1. what firmware is on it?
2. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
3. what do you mean it won't connect? Won't connect to the modem? Devices won't connect to the wifi? Will connect to the wifi but don't have an internet connection? Won't connect to wired devices?
Details are key in helping out on online forums. So go into depth.
You also put that its only 3 months old. Netgear does have 90 days of free support. If you're within that 90 days, you could contact support for free for help.

Firmware is current I believe. Not sure how to verify.
Router is Netgear CM700
Modem to computer works fine.
Router does not connect to the internet nor does wifi work.
Open Chrome and click on bookmarked site and I get the message "Your connection is not private" and "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID". message.
Open Edge and click on bookmarked site and I get a default Netgear screen that says I should download the Nighthawk install app. I got a flip phone so that won't work.
No other computers or devices attached.

The CM is a modem only, no router here.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Did all the unplugging and rebooting modem, router, computer. No luck.

Are there any LED indications on the top of the router?
Factory reset the router by pressing the reset button?
If nothing seems to work to correct the router, I would make contact with NG support and ask about an RMA:
