Nitghthawk RAX120v2 ..can not activate ProSupport Card number purchased from Amazon with router

Nighthawk AX12 AX6000 12-Stream WiFi Router (RAX120v2)
Firmware:
v1.2.8.40
OS:
Windows 11
The ProSupport activation number purchased with the product on Amazon does not work. I was advised by Netgear Support to:
"Contact Amazon about getting customer support for the modem, you bought the support card from them".
Nope.
Then , the other suggestion was "Return the ProSupport for a new one".
What?
