No internet - RAX70
Hi all,
I just purchased the Nighthawk AX8 AX6600 WiFi 6 Router(RAX70). And cannot get internet connection.
We have connection to our old internet provided modem - that has been removed whilst trying to connect RAX70.
Our set up is:
ONT: Huawei HG824H optic fibre
ROUTER: Nighthawk AX8 AX6600 WiFi 6 Router(RAX70)
Ethernet cable
Our internet provider is spark NZ
I have:
Changed settings as recommended here to suit IPS settings: https://kb.netgear.com/30947/How-do-I-set-up-my-NETGEAR-router-if-I-have-Spark-NZ-Fibre-or-UFB
Updated RAX70 software manually
Power cycling
Tried running it via our old Huawei HG659b modem which gets internet.
Not having any luck. Any suggestions please?

did you try factory resetting the gateway?
or calling spark NZ to see if there's any missing settings for setup on their service?
