No Internet Connection after Factory Reset

try factory resetting both the router and the modem.

Anything else connected to the cm8200?
it has 2x ethernet ports but you can only connect 1 device to it.The only other device connected to my CM8200 is the ethernet cable connected to my computer. Yesterday, I tested the router and made sure that it was the only device connected to the modem to try and get the internet up and running again, but I haven't had any luck with it.
