NO INTERNET CONNECTION ON RAX36
My RAX35 quit working. It no longer has an internet connection even though the light is solid green. Tried several troubleshooting tips but unsuccessful.

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What firmware is on it?
Is it still broadcasting wifi?
Do wired devices work?
Are you able to log into the gui?

Retired_Member Not trying to be difficult but when I pulled up the manual, it sure does say green for the RAX35v1 and RAX36. Here's the snip for the RAX36 and the RAX35. The user posted in their title the RAX36 and the RAX35 in body of the post. The manual you linked to is the RAX35v2. Tough to know without more details from the OP what they actually have. I appreciate you trying to point out any single error I might make versus trying to help the OP.
