NO internet via WiFi, Ok cable connect AX6

internet via cable modem or cable/port via modem without difficulty. Network/WiFi connects but NO internet via this connection.  multiple resets etc without avail. new out of the box

What firmware is on it? 

What modem/gateway are you connecting it to (model)?

Can not get any access to the router to find the firmware - or I don’t know how
The app said the firmware was up to date but it did not indicate version

    that status page will have your firmware version

    and I don't need your gateways mac address, I just need what model gateway it is.
