no more access to the configuration address

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

What is an "orange decoder"? Google suggests something in the way of a TV box. Maybe a satellite gadget? Is it also a router?
If not, what acts as a router when the RAX70 is in AP mode?
When adding things "behind" a router -- which usually means after the router connects you to the Internet -- it is more normal to leave the router alone and to configure those devices to work with the router.
I wanted to put one in wifi (simpler). So I reconfigured the AP and wifi mode.Since then I no longer have access to the configuration of my router
As I don't understand what is doing what on your network, I don't now how putting the RAX70 into AP mode simplifies things. Indeed, I'm not sure what you mean by simplifies things. If you want to reduce the number of WiFi sources, then you can just turn off the WiFi from the RAX70 even if it is still working at the router.
When the router is in AP mode, it picks up its IP address from whatever is now acting as the router. You need to look at the router's list if attached devices to see what IP address it has assigned to the AP. Or you can look at its WiFi network and check what the IP address is of that.
I've made a lot of assumptions here based on not knowing what is happening at your end. So all this may be rubbish. If so, an explanation of what is where and what you really want to achieve might help someone to come up with more sensible answers.

Thank you very much for trying to understand my problem.
Orange decodeur is tv box in france , it needs to be connected directly to the Livebox (french modem to be connected to internet). This tv box must be in the same LAN as the operator's orange modem, but my netgear changes the LAN, so I put my netgear in access point mode to keep the original LAN, and it works well for two decoders tv box .
sorry, I hope it's easier to understand now?

What is the modem? If that is also your router, then it makes sense to put the RAX70 into AP mode.
If you do that, then you can put the RAX70 between the modem/router and the decoders?
Then the modem/router handles all the addresses.
Then you can follow the suggestion I made earlier. Look at the controls for the modem/router. It should have a list of "Attached Devices". One of them will be the RAX70.
Feed that IP address into a browser and you should get the controls for the RAX70.
If the RAX70 is in AP mode you hit this:

If that loses controls that are important to you, you have other options.

Thanks, the internet provider modem is the Orange Livebox , there is a 40 mtr ethernet cable because the house is big, and the RAX70 is at the end of this cable to have an internet point at this location, the two TV decoders are connected to the RAX70 in ethernet .

I don't know where that screenshot comes from.
It looks like the Livebox is a gateway (modem/router). But it is hard to tell. There are different versions of the "Livebox".
Your image shows an "ordinateur". Google, and the icon, tell me that this is a PC.
You need to login to the web interface for the Livebox.
When you turn the RAX70 into an access point:

You need to restart your network in the right order:
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:- Turn off and unplug modem/router.
- Turn off modem/router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the access point and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
