Not getting full gigabit speeds with Netgear Nighthawk AX5400
Upgraded to Xfinity 1000 Mbps/35 Mbps plan recently. Had comcast guy fix the connection and could reach 900 Mbps from the modem (Arris T25 with Docsis 3.1) directly. Old router from Linksys ES850...
Direct from modem speed is around 900 Mbps, same PC and same wired connection.
I did upgrade FW when I installed the new netgear router. Will try factory reset tonight.

Looks cool now, after factory reset and upgrade FW again. I did reload the config I saved.
From QOS speedtest, could reach 440/42.
From iPhone, 553/41.
