We have purchased this router and cannot connect and hv been told by our provider Spark to call Netgear to help with the configuration but can’t find an 0800 number or anything anywhere

Can't be much different for your router model from this -> How do I set up my NETGEAR router if I have Spark NZ Fibre or UFB?
