Only 1 device not connecting to R6700AX Nighthawk wifi router

I assume that that description has a bit missing in the middle.

 

"the 1 device (PC) that will not connect to the wifi from the R6700AX can see all other wifi networks"

 

This does point the finger at the "1 device (PC) that will not". 

 

But what are these other wifi networks?

 

Windows PC? Does the network troubleshooter offer any clues?

 

It might also help to have answers to the questions from Razor512
