Parental controls for Nighthawk or Orbi Wi-Fi 6 routers?

I recently switched my router to Orbi wifi6 rbr850 and ended up buying circle home plus for parental control but I could not get it to work. The app said paring was successful but there was no single device that I could see. I tried phone circle support but no live person because of covid-19?? Has anyone successfully paired those two devices, circle home plus and orbi WiFi 6, to work? Please help!!
I could get it to work but you need to set circle to compatibility mode on the circle app settings then reboot circle. You have to do this off and on to get it playing nicely with the Orbi Wifi 6 platform. I wish they would update their firmware to make it more compatible
