Pending warranty claim - No update since 2 weeks
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to the community for help with an ongoing issue regarding my Netgear warranty claim for a defective RAX80 router. My case has been pending for over two weeks, and every time I contact customer support, I’m told that the case is with the L3 team and they are not responding to the emails from customer support. I haven’t received any updates or a resolution timeline, and it’s unclear when or if this issue will be resolved.
It’s been frustrating to deal with this lack of communication and transparency, especially when it involves a valid warranty claim. I’m hoping someone from the Netgear team or anyone who has experienced a similar situation can advise me on how to escalate this further and get a concrete resolution.
