What firmware are you on now?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware with an app or in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that connects this router to the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

So true.
Point taken - was planning to but forgot.
Firmware version: V1.0.16.132_2.0.92
Modem/ONT: raisecom.com
ISCOM HT803G-1GE (M)
It's not a router doesn't have LAN ports - only one to connect to router
Thanks for the advice.

@Marc_V
Could you assist please?
I have an open Level 2 case that I would like to escalate to Level 3 and have a different support agent take over.
The current support agent argues that for my 5G wireless network on the RAX43 to work properly, I should use the 5G only when in the same room as the router, ideally within 3-meters or less. Additionally, she mentioned that walls in my house are the problem.
However, with my previous NETGEAR Router the R7000, the 5G connectivity was seamless throughout my entire house.
Thanks
