Plex server version update error

Question

I just updated my router to version 1.0.5.18 and attempted to update my Plex server version from 1.18.3 to 1.19.4, but the attempt failed with "Unknown Error".

I cannot analyze an "Unknown Error" for a solution so any help from the community would be appreciated.

I am running the latest version of Windows 10 using the Microsoft Edge browser.

I have same issue. also had the same issue with 1.0.5.8. was hoping this update to 1.0.5.18&nbsp; would fixed the issue but no such luck. the release does state supports Plex 1.19
