The 192.168.1.125 is the network address of the dvr that I setup in the DVRThe dvr connects fine to the router as I can see the images on the app through the local wifi network. But when I try to connect outside my network I cannot log into the dvr.

You have some sort of mobile phone app that is supposed to do that?
Remote access is usually down to the people who made the camera system.

Yes the app is IDMSS lite. I use it for 3 other locations and works well.
