Printer has stopped working
Hi, my PC (win 11, 15H2) can't be connected to my printer (Brother DCP-L2540DW) anymore. Both are connected to a Netgear RAX10. I can ping the router but not the printer through the router. I need so...
Can you ping other devices connected to the router?
What FW version is on the router?
Brand and model# of the ISP modem/ONT that the RAX is connected too?
Be sure the drivers and drivers are pointed to the IP address given by the router to the printer is correct.
Be sure printer is ethernet or wireless connected to router.
Make contact with the printer mfr for help and information regarding there product.
