Printer has stopped working
Hi, my PC (win 11, 15H2) can't be connected to my printer (Brother DCP-L2540DW) anymore. Both are connected to a Netgear RAX10. I can ping the router but not the printer through the router. I need so...
Router Firmware Version V1.0.19.172
There is another PC connected to the printer via USB, works fine and a laptop via Wi-Fi, which does not ping/print either.
The funny thing is that this same setup has worked for years without a hitch until a few weeks ago. I have ordered new Ethernet cables, just in case.
Not sure what you mean by ISP modem. The router is connected to an MSI B 450 Tomahawk Max II mobo.
Drivers are pointed to the correct IP address.
ISP modem is the internet service providers modem or ONT that the RAX router is connected to get internet services from.
Been any printer FW updates or router updates recently?
Any changes ot your PCs regarding updated by chance?
