Printer has stopped working
Hi, my PC (win 11, 15H2) can't be connected to my printer (Brother DCP-L2540DW) anymore. Both are connected to a Netgear RAX10. I can ping the router but not the printer through the router. I need so...

Shows up on RAX10 attached devices.
If the problem was the two PCs not being able to print, I would delete the printer using the Windows Control Panel and reinstall it on Windows. Using ICMP (ping) is a common diagnostic step.
When the printer claims to have a valid IP address (which matches the IP shown in Attached Devices) but does not respond when pinged, something is seriously wrong.
It might be useful to confirm that the Windows PCs are translating the IP address to the correct Ethernet hardware MAC address by looking at the ARP table
(i.e. command arp -a)

There's a lot of information we still don't have. Private/Public network status, what internet security software is running (if any), whether the Windows Firewall is on or off.
Also, whether this is a new router installation, or whether this worked with the RAX10 at some point in the past.
FWIW, the Brother troubleshooting FAQ says that the printer might not respond to ping if it is in a sleep state. So I suggested a different way of double-checking that it is connected (boing to the printer's web page). esebm could also do something manually with the printer (navigate the menus for example), and immediately after that try the ping test again.
