Yes! I have the exact same problem. Today, it got worse. When the RAX40 stopped broadcasting its SSID, I tried another power cycle and then I just got a blinking red power light. According to the user manual troubleshooting this could be from corrupted firmware or failed hardware. Unplugged everything and let it sit for a bit. Seems to be working now, but I’m planning on downgrading firmware. This is an awful time for this to be happening with the need to WFH! Netgear, please look into this!

Hi
I have not donwgraded yet as I was having issue with speed, and connection issue with 5G.
I have also today exprinced AP for 5G and "g keep disappearing from my my list of wifi and I loose connection.
This was more frequent on 5G.
Worse ever router I have ever had.
My virgin Media router was stable and did not have these issue. Just short range which make me move to netgear.
Since having the netgear, I am had AP disconnection, speed issue, and various other problems.
I wish I could get refund on this box. nothing more than nightmare since prchacing it in Oct. 2019.
