I cannot change the name and icon of the attached devices, am I the only one who has this problem?

    I haven’t run into that issue. Make sure you are actually finishing with “Save” after your edits in the Nighthawk app. I’ve made the mistake of making the edits, tapping “Done”, and the arrowing back before.
