Though the RAXE has a 2.5Gb port that can be configured for either LAN side or WAN side connections, the main WAN port on the RAXE is only 1Gb as are the rest of the LAN ports. So even if you configured the 2.5Gb port for connection to the WAN side, LAN ports are limited to 1Gb so you'll not see much over 900Mpbs here due to this limitation.
Wireless, if you have any 4x4 supporting wifi devices, you could see well over 1Gb speeds that are closer to 2Gb.
To get full 2Gb on WAN and LAN side, you'll need a router that has support for higher than 1Gb on the ports.
Currently Orbi 960 and the announced RS700 both have multi gig WAN and LAN ports.
