QoS on RAXE500 causes network dropouts

As the title said using a RAXE500 with QoS and downloading applications causes the network to that device drop out.   this is using the latest firmware on windows 11 over ethernet with a 900mbps do...

    The speeds you quote – if they are what your ISP delivers – are well above the levels of around ~200 Mbps where QoS is useful.

     

    If anything QoS could slow you down as the router's processors does its stuff.

     

    QoS is for old services where you had to fight to get games to run fast enough.

     

    Have your turned it off to see if the problem goes away?
