question on router speed

I Have a device tha need to run on 2.4 GHZ wifi how do I determine whatv the speed is Danon my riouter? Thanks

I havev installed a Remo+  doorbell and when i try to have it join my network I get an error thatv it can't connect.  In checking the manualk it twlls me to make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHZ and not 5GHZ.
