Question RAX120 and RAX30

Question

I currently have an RX30 hardwired to a Spectrum modem. Speed and signal strength are not great in my 2000 sq ft home.

I also have an RX120 not being used.

Would the RX120 provide a stronger signal in my house?

Is it possible to set up my RX120 in a different part of my house, connected wirelessly to the RX30, basically used as signal booster?

As you can tell by my comments I am not technically adept.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RAX don't support extender kind of modes. However one could ethernet connect the RAX120 in AP mode and use it as a 2nd WiFi AP in the home:

Have you swapped out the RAX30 and put in the RAX120 in it's place to see if the 120 does better wifi coverage? Maybe use the RAX30 as a 2ndary AP.&nbsp;

Is the router centrally located?&nbsp;
or is it at one end of the home?
