R6230 Nightwawk router does not work even though it's on wifi

Our Nightwawk R6230 router is not transmitting wifi somehow but I cannot figure out where the issue is. I have tried unplugging completely and reseting multiple times as directed by the internet company and the internet guy said he could see the internet is flowing perfectly. So we have internet but it is not being transmitted to any devices. The power, wifi, and internet lights on the router itself are all green also. When I try to go in and connect with the Nighthawk app, it just says logon timed out, please try rebooting but I have done that multiple times. I even tried the home network power cycle where you turn it off and turn off all your devices too that it mentioned on the troubleshooting page. Any suggestions or should I just buy a new router?
